Ingredients:
Capsicum
Chop coriander leaves
potatoes
Biscuit powder
Onion batter
lemon juice
sugar
tamarind
garlic paste
Chopped green chilies
Cornflower
salt

Method of Preparation:
First, potatoes should be boiled and mashed. After that, mix half a cup of capsicum, a spoonful of onion paste, garlic paste, half a cup of leaves, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander, chopped onion, and as much salt and corn flour as the boiled potatoes.

Then make kebabs. But before that, oil should be applied to the hands, so that it does not stick to the hands. Once all the kebabs are made, dip the kebabs in the Tetul Ghola and coat them with biscuit powder.

Then heat a pan in the oven and add half a cup of oil and fry the kebabs until red.
