Ingredients:
Chicken meat 250 grams
Ginger 1 inch
1 raw chili
Black pepper powder as required
1 teaspoon of vinegar
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
5 cloves of garlic
10 coriander leaves
Corn flour 2 tsp

Water 1 tablespoon
Butter 1 teaspoon

Method of Preparation:
Boil the chicken in a pot of water on the stove. Add 1 tablespoon of salt, half an inch of ginger, and a few coriander leaves. Let it boil for 15 minutes.
