Ingredients:
Minced chicken meat – 150 grams
Red flour – 100 grams
Yeast – 5 grams
Curd – 30 grams
Onion – 30 grams
Tomatoes 30 grams – 2 grams
Garlic – 5 grams
Cardamom – 1
Green Chillies – 2
Coriander powder – 10 grams
Ginger – 5 grams
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Method of preparation:
Mix red flour and salt in a bowl. Make yeast with 55 ml of water.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the spices. Add tomatoes.
Add the minced chicken. Cook well on low flame.
Roll the dough to make parata from yeast. Stuff them with minced meat. Now make the para by rolling.
Fry them in the oven with ghee or butter. Also, you can bake it in the oven at 180 degrees for 6-8 minutes.
Then serve the minced chicken.
