Method of preparation:
First, take whole chicken in a bowl. After that, rub well with lemon juice, turmeric, and salt.
Then add ghee to a frypan. Chicken should be lightly fried in hot ghee. Heat the frypan. Chicken should be lightly fried in hot ghee.
Lightly fry eggs, carrots, and potatoes in hot ghee in a frypan. In a bowl, mix fried eggs, potatoes, carrots, salt, chopped green chilies, ginger batter, and garlic batter well stick the inside of the chicken with a shashlik stick and leave it in hot ghee.
Then grind it well with garlic paste, ginger paste, coriander paste, onion paste, garam masala paste, cinnamon, cardamom, green chili powder, poppy seed paste, and salt.
If granted, it should be cooked with sweet curd, roasted onions, and chopped almonds. Finally, after cooking it for a while with Keorajal, take it down and serve the delicious chicken mosallam.
