Ingredients:
Gourd 1
3 gourds
Like the amount of water
Mugdal 500 grams
Salt is to taste
2 bay leaves
3 dry chilies
Mustard 2 tbsp
Sugar 2 teaspoons

Method of preparation:
First, put water and oil in a frypan. It should be boiled with boiled moong dal, gourd, and salt.

Add oil to another frypan. In this, gourd slices should be left in hot oil and fried in boiled mug dal, and poured into the frypan. Now cover with water and cook. Then serve the dry gourd recipe.
