No matter what you cook, it does not freeze without sweets. Children may not like to eat traditional sweets at times. So now make panna cotta. People of all ages will love it. Make panna cotta at home.

Ingredients:
Milk – 125 grams
Cream – 125 grams
Saffron – 2 pinches
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Gelatin powder – 1 tsp
Sugar – 4 spoons

For the garnish:
honey
Chopped dry fruits of your choice

Procedure:
Soak 1 teaspoon of gelatin powder in 1 tablespoon of water and keep aside.

Add milk, cream, and saffron to a sauce pan. Keep it on medium heat and keep stirring.

When the mixture is lukewarm, add the vanilla essence. Reduce heat and keep stirring. Do not let it boil.

Microwave the gelatin mixture for 30 seconds. Add the melted gelatin to the simmering milk mixture. Add sugar. Now stir the mixture. Keep stirring until it thickens.

Cool the mixture when it thickens.

Pour the mixture into two separate bowls. Now keep it in the fridge.

Finally, garnish with dry fruits and honey. Now serve panna cotta.
