Ingredients:
1 spoon of sugar
1 piece of fresh ginger
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Half a cucumber
2 cups of water
Method of preparation:
Combine sugar, ginger, and 1 cup water in a small saucepan. Lower the heat on the stove. Do not stir the mixture. Wait until the sugar melts. Once melted, remove from oven and allow to cool.
