I will cook the beef with light spices. As we know, Khasi is high in fat. That’s why it is better to use less oil during cooking. The amount of fat is slightly reduced if the meat is boiled in hot water before cooking.

Ingredients:
500 grams of beef
One cup chopped onion
A cup of sour yogurt
Salt to taste
Two tablespoons of grated ginger
Two tablespoons of minced garlic
Five dry chilies
Two cardamoms
Two cinnamon sticks
Two cloves
One teaspoon of turmeric powder
amount of oil
Amount of cashew nuts
A number of groundnuts
Four teaspoons of ghee
Amount of water
Grind onions as much as you like

Method of Preparation:
First, take the meat in a bowl. Then marinate it well with chopped onion, sour curd, salt, crushed ginger, crushed garlic, dried chilies, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, and turmeric powder.

Then cook it with cashew nuts, wood nuts, marinated khasi meat, ghee, and water. Once cooked, garnish with onion roast, chopped kadbadam, chopped cashew nuts, and ghee, and serve this delicious beef stew.
