Salt to taste
A teaspoon of ginger paste
Two teaspoons of garlic paste

A teaspoon of pepper powder

A tablespoon of cornflour
A teaspoon of baking powder
One tablespoon of flour

Method of preparation:
First, marinate chicken meat, mint leaf paste, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste, and oyster sauce in a bowl.
