Ingredients:
Half a cup of oats
4 eggs
Half a cup of milk
2 chopped onions
1 chopped tomato
1 grated carrot
Chopped capsicum 1 t
Garlic 5-6
2 chopped green chilies
Black pepper powder 1 pinch
Turmeric powder 1 pinch
Oregano powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Half a tablespoon of olive oil
Method of preparation:
Grind the oats into a powder in a blender.
Next, combine the oats, salt, turmeric, oregano, and pepper in a large bowl. Add milk to it. Mix everything to make a smooth batter.
Add eggs. Whisk the whole mixture well.
Heat a pan on the stove with olive oil. Add chopped vegetables to it. Fry for 3-5 minutes.
Pour the egg-oats mixture into the hot oil. Fry both sides well.
Now cut the oat omelet into two or four pieces and serve.
