Who doesn’t like to eat ice cream? And, if it is an exceptional ice cream, then there is no question. However, ice cream bought outside can contain high amounts of fat and sugar. They raise blood sugar levels. In this case, you can make ice cream at home using natural sweeteners like fruits, nuts, honey, dates, and jaggery.

Ingredients:
Ripe mango puree – 500 grams
Sugar – 10 grams
Pistachio nuts crushed – 10 grams
Condensed milk – 10 ml
Honey – 7 ml
Whipped cream – 100 ml
Condensed milk – 20 ml
Few mint leaves.

Procedure:
Blend the mango puree, sugar, and milk. Blend until sugar dissolves.

Add the whipped cream, honey, and condensed milk to a bowl. Mix well. Add this to the mango mixture.

Once all the ingredients are mixed well, refrigerate for three hours.

Remove from the fridge and blend the mixture again in the blender. Add pistachio nuts to it.

Now keep the mixture in the deep freezer for 6 hours or overnight. Garnish the mango ice cream with mint leaves before serving.
