beef
Mustard oil
garlic paste
Mustard batter
Chop onion
ginger batter
Chilli batter
salt

garam masala
White mustard paste
Chilli powder
turmeric powder

Method of preparation:
First, mix the beef well with salt, chopped onion, and a spoonful of ginger paste, mustard paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, and chili powder.

After that, in a pressure cooker, add half a cup of mustard oil and garam masala to the boiled beef and fry it well and take four or five cups of water.

After that add three to four tablespoons of mustard oil in a pan, add garam masala and a cup of chopped onions, and fry lightly, add a spoonful of mustard paste, ginger paste, turmeric powder, and chili powder and mix it well. Then the mustard meat recipe was done.
