Ingredients:
beef
ginger dough
garlic paste
Cinnamon-Jayatri Bata
Jaiphal Bata
Chilli powder
papaya batter
sour yogurt
ghee
Fry the onion
little water
Salt to taste
amount of oil
A little cumin
cardamom
Poppy seed batter
lemon juice
little sugar
A few chilies

Method of Preparation:
First add one teaspoon of ginger paste, one teaspoon of garlic paste, one teaspoon of cinnamon-jayatri paste, a little jaiphal paste, one teaspoon of tala chili powder, one teaspoon of papaya paste, two spoons of sour curd, one spoon of ghee and Half a cup of onion should be mixed well and left for 25 minutes.

After marinating, take the meat in a pan and cover it with a cup of water and cook on low heat until the water dries up. Now add enough salt and shake it a little and keep it aside.

Now in another pan, add a tablespoon of oil, a tablespoon of ghee, a little cumin, and cardamom, and fry the onion a little and pour the meat into it. Then add a tablespoon of poppy seed batter, a little water, a little lemon juice, a pinch of sugar, and a few peppercorns and shake it.

Well, the delicious Hariya Kabab is ready. Now decorate and serve.
