Rui Fish Filling Ingredients:
5-6 pieces roe fish fillets
Chop an onion
A chopped tomato
2 dry chilies
Half a teaspoon of whole cumin seeds
Mustard oil 1 tbsp
Crush 2-3 cloves of garlic
A little yellow powder
Salt to taste
A little garam masala powder
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
1-2 green chilies chopped
How to make Rui Fish Bharta:
Wash the fish pieces well and boil them in salt water. Remove all the bones from the fish. Heat oil in a pan and fry dry chilies. Fry whole cumin seeds and chopped onions in that oil.
When the onion is half-fried, add the garlic cloves and the boiled fish and stir it a little. After that, mix well with chopped tomato, salt, and turmeric powder. Break up the fish with a spoon.
After stirring for a while, you will see that the fish is fried, and the tomatoes are also melted. Now mix it well with garam masala powder and take it down on a plate.
Grind the fried dry chilies with your hands and rub them with the fish. Grind chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves, and chopped green chilies, and serve the rice fish filling. This dish will be great to eat with hot rice or panta!
